Warranty & Returns
If an item is not working properly, you can send it in at any time. We will repair the set immediately or send you a new one.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, articles that are worn directly on and in the body cannot be returned if the seal has been opened.
Rent
The rental period begins one day after delivery. The set must be returned on the last day of the rental. If you rent the set for up to 3 days and it arrives on Monday, for example, you must return it by Thursday evening at the latest. Sundays and public holidays also count as rental days. If the camera is not returned on time, the difference to the next highest rental period will be charged. The decisive factor is the receipt at the store. If the maximum rental period is exceeded, you are obliged to purchase it.

We accept payments by credit or debit card. Please contact us if you wish to pay with PayPal or Bitcoin.

standard shipping
Shipping within Germany is free and is insured via DHL within a few days of your order. Shipping costs apply for shipments to other countries. Please enter your address in the checkout to check this.
Shipping to Switzerland
We currently do not offer standard shipping to Switzerland. However, if this is of interest to you, please write to us at info@spickprofi.de and we will try to find a solution.
Express Shipping
Please note that orders for express shipping must be received by 2:00 p.m. on working days to guarantee delivery by 9:00 a.m. the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will only be processed and shipped on the following working day. Express shipping is only possible within Germany and costs 15€.
Do you also offer support with exams?
No, we only sell gadgets that can be used to cheat in exams. However, upon request, we will be happy to put you in touch with a trustworthy agency.
Is the set also suitable for supervised online exams?
The set can also be used for supervised online exams. Please contact us directly or use ourcontact form to receive further information.
Are there any legal concerns?
In Germany, paragraphs 201 and 201a of the Criminal Code explicitly regulate which recordings of audio and video content are punishable. Our sets are deliberately not able to record audio content to ensure that you do not inadvertently violate personal rights. Please make absolutely sure that no people are recorded directly or indirectly without their express consent. Control via the app allows the camera to be switched on with a delay or switched off directly.
